Exercise Session for Elders at Vanniyur, Tamil Nadu

On March 18, 2025, our NGO organized a special exercise session for the elderly at Vanniyur, Tamil Nadu. The session focused on gentle movements, breathing exercises, and light stretches to promote physical and mental well-being. Elders participated with enjoying the refreshing activities and friendly atmosphere. The initiative aimed to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle among senior citizens.

Women’s Day Celebration – A Joyful Tribute

On March 8, 2025, we celebrated International Women’s Day with great enthusiasm and respect. The event was filled with energy, love, and appreciation for the incredible women in our community. Children added charm to the celebration by performing beautiful dance programs. Their performances brought smiles and joy to everyone present. The event was a heartfelt tribute to the strength and spirit of women.
